Client Service Agreement
Terms of Service – LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Services
Effective upon payment
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Vortune Limited, trading as Vortune, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its principal place of business at 4A Lynch Close, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2TG (“Service Provider”, “We”, or “Us”), and you (“Client”, “You”, or “Your”), and governs your use of our LinkedIn lead generation and outreach services (“Services”).
By clicking the payment link and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Offered
Vortune offers two levels of LinkedIn lead generation services. To use either service, the Client must have:
An active LinkedIn account that is at least 6 months old
At least 100 existing LinkedIn connections
An active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription (paid directly to LinkedIn)
Note: Vortune is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation in any way.
A. Fully Managed Services
Includes:
LinkedIn profile optimization
Lead sourcing using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Setup of multiple campaigns with A/B tested messaging
500+ new connection requests sent monthly
Custom follow-up sequences and message optimization
CRM integration and real-time analytics reporting
Regular performance check-ins and conversion rate tuning
Support via email, chat, and Slack
Campaign safety measures to reduce risk of account restrictions
B. Partially Managed Services
Includes:
Campaign setup using Client-provided messaging
Management of outreach based on Client-supplied leads and copy
Automated follow-up sequences
Basic campaign reporting
Monthly 20-minute performance review call
Access to LinkedIn strategy masterclasses
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Maintain a valid LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription, paid directly to LinkedIn
Ensure their LinkedIn account remains in good standing and accessible
Provide accurate information about their business and audience
For partially managed services: supply a complete and approved messaging sequence
Provide timely responses to requests and feedback
3. Service Provider Responsibilities
We agree to:
Deliver the agreed service level with professional care and best practices
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies where appropriate
Follow platform-safe outreach limits and automation practices to protect your account
Provide campaign reports and guidance based on your plan
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, or conversions. Most campaigns begin to show measurable results within approximately 3 months.
4. LinkedIn Account Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable steps to operate safely:
We cannot control LinkedIn’s enforcement policies
The Client acknowledges that account warnings, restrictions, or bans are possible
Vortune is not responsible for any limitations or actions taken by LinkedIn
We will, however, use best practices to minimize such risks
5. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance and the exact pricing is clearly stated at checkout
Payment is required before services begin
Services renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement
No refunds are offered once a billing cycle has started
6. Term & Cancellation
This Agreement is ongoing and renews monthly
Either party may cancel by giving at least one (1) month written notice
Services will remain active through the end of the paid billing period
7. Data & Privacy
Campaign activity and lead data are managed within the Client’s LinkedIn account
Vortune does not extract or store Client data outside of necessary platform use
We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purposes unrelated to delivering the Services
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the most recent month of service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account bans, lost revenue, or business disruption.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement. This obligation continues beyond termination.
10. Independent Contractor
Vortune is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, they may be referred to mediation or arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
